Dean and I enjoyed working with Dominic. He is a great communicator and helped us through every step of the way. We understand that there always seems to be bumps in the process of loans. Our only constructive feedback would be the issue with the original loan number to prove our original loan was indeed a fannie mae loan was a pain. And we had to go to the title company 4 different times to sign documents. All in all, we are happy.
