We appreciated the communication from Zack. It was frustrating though that my husband and I who were purchasing the house together had to ask multiple times for emails to include us both. It's also odd that the portal doesn't sync - he had his own that didn't include docs previously sent to me - why wouldn't it be tied to the address and both buyers? It was also frustrating to be told everything was received, but then - wait we need more. It may be the nature of underwriting.

Zack gave us a lot of good information about several different loan options. Once we finally figured out what to do the process seemed relatively seamless. The only time we had to do anything in person was at closing, everything else was electronic (which was nice during pandemic time.) So far we’re happy with our refinancing.
