There needs to be a bit more communication amongst the team as we were asked for the same info several different times but overall our experience was excellent. Jason and his team put everything together very well.

Jason was amazing. When we contacted him with a question or concern his response was informative and immediate. Our problem was Hallie Free. She didn't read emails. We often answered questions she asked multiple times, which slowed down the process. As a professional, she needs to proof-read her emails before sending them. The errors were offensive and came off like she didn't care. We almost went with another company until my husband called Jason and Jason was able to regain our confidence.
