I found Doug on Zillow. He responded very fast to my emails or calls. I was impressed with his little video that explaining to me all the scenarios on the mortgage. He is also proactive and thinks ahead of information that the lender would require for underwriting. I'm happy with the service he has provided to me overall.

Always available by phone even after hours. Very straightforward easy to understand awnsers, most lending companies talk to you like you have a doctor's degree this is not the case with Jason and his team
