The whole process took way too long. Many of the items that was requested was a over kill. For a company that wants to get your business they sure did a lousy job. They made me feel like they did not really want my account.

Everything went quick and was easy. I did not receive communication about losing our escrow into the loan. It was explained that we would get the full escrow back as standard. Only complaint in the entire process but this was explained as to why well and we moved on. Overall painless process. Thank you

Rob made the process easy and did a good job of explaining my options. The only reason for not giving 5 stars in every category was that I felt the process was delayed seven times due to paperwork being requested later that appeared to be overlooked earlier in the process (VA requirements).
