Austin Gansert, our first loan officer, was responsible for holding us back by about three weeks in closing, in which time we were forced to live with family; it worked out on account of the teamwork between Melissa Glenn and our realtor, but overall the experience was an unpleasant one that ended well enough. Melissa was always reachable, and communicated well; she did a great job.

Dan worked really hard during a pull back on the market for jumbo loans due to the Covid-19 outbreak. He worked hard to get the loan through, we ended up closing the next week. I appreciate all that Dan and his team did to make sure the transaction closed.
