Steve was fantastic, start to finish. The loan processor was abrupt in telling me via email that she was taking over the file and was the only contact for me with your firm. The loan processor sent me an email with two tasks she needed me to do. I missed one of those requests. When the file had nearly no time left to go to underwriting the processor informed me by email the she was missing something. Steve helped me figure out how to fix it. You need your processor to be more proactive.
