From the very beginning Shiv provided me with very knowledgeable accurate information and was available to answer my questions when they arose. However, once approved and the process began the communication wasn’t as great. The communication utilized to obtain a client should be consistent throughout the process...even after you know you will be getting there business. However I never ever had a negative interaction with Shiv. He’s extremely professional and will most certainly get the job done.
