The process was quick and relatively painless. One thing that could be improved is only asking for documents one time. There were several requests for documents over the course of the loan. I wasn't sure if I was done or what would be asked next.

The first person assigned to work on my application did not contact for weeks. Chris Choi was able to honor the original agreement. Several additional mistakes on how the loan application was handled led to additional delays in the process. Overall, happy but the organization definitely can improve the process.

Chris was friendly and very helpful in getting us a low rate. There was one small issue that I felt he could have given us a heads up on but overall we were pleased with Chris's attention to our needs.
