Tanya answers her phone and responds. She also gets the answers when she personally does not have one. Our client needed plenty of hand-holding and Tanya shared her portion of that job with aplomb. I would love to do business with Tanya Grimaldo again.

My experience with Kyle was great. He was always responsive even when everything fell through with closing. I had much difficulty getting in touch with the processor and underwriter. Even when I did the level of communication was nothing compared to my experience with Kyle which was a bit of a let down. Even after the delayed close Kyle is working with me to see how I can be reimbursed for hotel stays due to lack of place to stay. He has been great!

The only criticism I would have is the communication from the support staff. Example Iwe made a time for a phone call at 3pm on a certain day. That call didn’t come until 8pm. I sat for more than 3 hrs waiting for a call. Perhaps a text near the time we made the appt for saying let’s move our time would have been appropriate. The professionalism was certainly there for both Matt and the support staff. Matt was very helpful, answered all the questions and overall we were pleased with the result.
