Austin was great, as was the underwriter. however, the closing procedures were less than desirable. The individual sent to our home was not professional and made unwarranted and undesirable contract with my wife, actually hugging her very inappropriately, especially given that we were tying to maintain 6 feet social distancing. I realize neither Austin nor Brenda, the underwriter, had any control over the sub-sub contractor, NAF should do a better job of vetting whom they work with.
