Rekhshan was great. Now, the overall process didn’t go as smoothly as we hoped but I enjoyed Rekhshan. Somethings that could help future folks - set expectations up front - if our closing was too soon, tell us early not late. Send a checklist of everything that’s going to happen and when and what will be needed at each step. I think having something like that up front would have been extremely helpful, particularly for first time buyers. Set expectations up front to solve problems later

This was first time I've ever done a refinance totally on line. The process wasn't perfect but Zo was quick to keep things on track. Nice personal touch was having local notary come to our home to sign. Good rate and fair closing costs made this a good experience.
