MRS CHIN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS WHEN DOING THIS REFINANCING. THIS WAS MY FIRST AND MAYBE ONLY REFINANCING THAT I HAVE DONE, SO I WAS NOT SURE OF WHAT QUESTIONS TO ASK. MRS CHIN WAS GREAT TO SHOW ME THE PROCESS OF IT. BUT STREAMLINE MAY STILL HAVE CLOSING COSTS INVOLVED THAT WILL BE FINANCED IN THE NEW LOAN INSTEAD OF OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS AND THERE WERE OTHER PEOPLE WHO SENT ME E-MAILS FOR THIS BESIDES MRS. CHIN. THE FIRST PAYMENT COUPON ALSO ARRIVED LATE. OVERALL SHE WAS GREAT.

Once our loan left Nick's desk, there was a severe lack of updating and communication about the process. I had to initiate emails multiple times to get a status update. We had to stop our first closing because our address was incorrect. It took a week to get the documents fixed and a new closing scheduled. I know things are busy and weird with COVID right now, but I still found it super frustrating that it took two full months to complete this simple refinance.

I would have liked to have received regular updates from Joseph regarding our loan status. We were slated to close in July but didn’t close until September. I was mot notified about the delay or the reason for it. A quick text every couple of weeks would have been appreciated. I had to contact him to find out the status. He was very quick to respond but I shouldn’t have had to do that.

The overall process, if something was needed Kelly would let and things would get done. My husband and I are very happy with everything that happened all the way to our closing.
