Working with Henry, specifically, was great! Any time we had questions or problems, he addressed them immediately. The process beyond Henry, however was long, confused, confusing, and often extremely unorganized requiring us to repeatedly resubmit paperwork we had already and, even then, this paperwork wasn't consulted to understand our complete financial situation. If it had not been for Henry, though, we would have bailed altogether. :)

First of all, the process is ok. It is my over ten times mortgage. The process in this time is longest to finalize after approval. The summaries of the approval and the pre-approval are different, specially fee and point purchase.
