Adam was extremely available & attentive to my refinance. He was also very knowledgable & helped keep the process going. The one thing that I didn't like, & this has nothing to do with Adam, is with the firm that was hired to close out the loan, Loan-closers.com. The notary that was first sent out to my house went completely off the grid with all of my personal information. I don't feel like NewAmerican Funding & Loan Closers have done anything at all to fix this issue & make it right for me

The hand off from Laura to other departments was not seamless. Other departments did not know many details about my loan. My experience with Laura was great but there was lack of communication from other people on your staff.
