For the most part the experience was very good. I think the only critique I would have, is that you need to be sensitive to the idea that this is an online service for the most part all things went smoothly There were a couple times when I reached out because I hadn't heard anything and wasn't able to get an answer within 24 hours which was a little unnerving. I had just signed paperwork that financed my home so I was concerned but I was usually contacted back after a second or 3rd message and got the answers resolved. So, at the end of the day it was a very good Service and Joe specifically was extremely helpful.
