Pouyan did a very thorough job of explaining things. Though it was still confusing at times. There was some difficultly in nailing down the figures -- they changed all the way up until the final paperwork. That's rather stressful when you're trying to get the best deal. But I got what I wanted finally and was very happy with the end result.
