Mekka was wonderful and continued to try to help me when I couldn’t get answers from Jacqueline Nehall. If it wasn’t for a wonderful closing company my loan would still be jacked up. They corrected and reissued checks and funds based on documents I submitted to her but she obviously ignored. She is not pleasant, nor is she helpful. I could go into great detail about how the loan process went down the toilet when it reached her, but I’m just happy I do not ever have to deal with her again. Mekka was great and Vantage Point was also great. You can send Jacqueline to the mailroom but honestly I’m afraid she’d jack that up too.
