My experience with Greg Martinez in collecting the original information and then help on down the road in answering was great. However, I did have trouble getting answers to questions and responses from others. The reason I chose your company was the outstanding customer service you were rated for. I did receive that from Mr. Martinez. It took much longer to complete this process than I thought it should due to no communication at times. I feel like there must be other issues that I did not know about or something out of the ordinary to cause this to happen. I move forward with hopes that it will be a great relationship during the next several years. Thanks for your assistance!

Overall good assistance with the process. The communication was a little spotty sometimes so it did get confusing every now and then during the process. For constructive criticism purposes I would look into figuring out a way to maybe lay out the process a little more clearly. Getting the underwriter and other members on the same page and cross talk between all parties would help to possibly streamline things. Overall great service though!
