Though it was out of Kelley's control after Clear to Close it took your organization 3 hours to get docs to title. It reflects on Kelley as well as your organization. She did a 13 day close. Excellent until we got to the finish line!

I generally use USAA to process my home loans, but due to they're being too overwhelmed with applications they were unable to process mine. I used New American on advice from my realtor. They were adequate but wanted too much information. I'm not accustomed to divulging excessive information. I'm used to USAA, they pretty much do everything for me without asking too many questions.
