A word of advice, when a customer is passed in to the next person in the process please explain fully. Once my refinancing advanced the first individual went dark and I wasn’t sure why. I realized it was because I moved on the the next steps. An courtesy call or email explaining the change would be helpful. If done properly, customers will not feel they are being ignored or disregarded by the original person of contact. And no, the automatic replies from the initial person of contact is not sufficient.
