Khalil was wonderful however the entire process took a very long time. I stated the process June 2021 and did not close until November 2021. I do not think this was Khalil fault. My communication with Khalil was exceptional however the overall lack of communication through the entire process was unclear. I was dealing with a few different people and do not know who was responsible but things changed quite a few times with my closing documents and I never received an explanation as to why the changes were made.

Having to figure out the property tax issue that was caused by the company who was paying out the taxes was a bit of a pain. Zane was great, but others requiring me to prove out that this was an error that I didn't make was a nuisance. For reference, there was a moment I was told that the error was on my part, and I must have wrote a check for the wrong amount, or had someone else do it, or that the error was simply a 500% increase in my property taxes which should be expected, so this was a bit of a pain. Again for reference, the issue was that the LLC company responsible for paying the taxes had paid out property taxes for at least eleven different accounts with just one check, instead of splitting it up accordingly.
