John hands down was great to work with from the get go, and everyone else was pleasant, but I feel the process was a little unorganized with all the piece meal requests. There should be a standard process with clear instruction on what is required up front with regular status updates on where the loan is in the process. I do feel however, when additional requests came in it was when the documents were with underwriting, and duplicate documents were being requested. The experience really changed with underwriting, and then when John and Jerilyn left. We started receiving emails from her under her Gmail account which was confusing at the end.
