Joe was great to work with. I received three loan estimates and when the docs showed up on signing day, credit cards that I had already paid off were included in the payoff amounts. The process was not transparent. The title company sent me a FedEx package after closing with checks- not made out to the proper institution that I was responsible for mailing into creditors to payoff. I have purchased and refinanced many homes, never experienced this.
