I purchase the house after all the closing problems with the schedule and Mike help us to find another bank who help.The only I don’t liked was this new bank charge us with more interest almost the doble. But he try all the options we are so happy with our new house.

We had some miss communications through the process. Not necessarily with Marino, but with the company. I was told improvements that needed to be made and then 7 days later I was given more improvements that needed to be made. The process was incredibly long. We started the process on Sept 29 and did not finish until Dec 22. The company needs to do more with country type housing to understand the process of septic and well systems to better serve their customers that apply to use their company.
