Tania's team were overall very knowledgeable and able to help answering questions about my home purchase. Tania was fantastic at helping and guiding me and she was great assisting in locking in my rate and explaining to me many many doubts I had. With NAF most of our conversations were made over the phone and often times it took over two phone calls to have a NAF associate answer my phone calls or texts. Sandra Rosales was in charge of helping me, and although she would always help, she always sounded impatient and rushed to finish the conversations. Her voice normally sounded more upset rather than happy to help. Denisse Herrera was the only one I was able to meet in person so far. She was super friendly, patient and helpful! Also spoke for a bit with Adam Wells who was also great in communicating. Overall what would have made it better was a little bit of more availability answering phone calls.
