Ms. Sheats was great and her follow-up was awesome. The issue was there was alot of discrepancies regarding rates and points. Rates differed greatly from what was advertised on other sites and original quoted rates differed by the end of process which was frustrating. We just kept hearing "sorry I made a mistake ". It would have made the process better if everything was consistent throughout.
