Working with Michael was not the best. There was on situation where she told us we didn't have the money to close. Matthew immediately called her twice and emailed her. She never got back to us. There was also a point where she asked for something after noon and seemed to want it that day, which was really difficult for me and my work place. But working with Robert was great.

Taylor was great. The not memorable part was not getting the docs to title in time and we had a 5 hour delay in closing time. Also, I was very disappointed in the response time for using the program that would have allowed us to make cash offers. I was more than willing to pay the 1.5% fee. But tried to use this for 2 offers and couldn't. This was very frustrating.
