We had a wonderful experience with Adam. He was available to us all the time and answered all our questions promptly. Adam took over our loan approval after we had a deal in place for a week and our original agent was MIA, so our whole deal was rushed. In fact, it didn't close on time and had to be extended out almost a month because the first Agent was MIA for the week of the deal. This is no fault of Adam's of course, but it is the responsibility of New American Funding.

Alexander was fantastic. Even when he made a costly mistake, he quickly acknowledged it and communicated it to us. However, the loan processor with the last minute redundant, rushed, poor, unprofessional communication increased the level of stress exponentially. Misspelled words and incorrect word usage was less than professional. Fortunately, it all worked out in the end thanks to the entire team.
