Initial response and information shared with the client was great as well as response times to provide a preapp letter AND to call the listing agent! The buyers felt a bit like there was a small communication lag, prior to the closing related to the rate lock.

Andy always communicated, and his knowledge helped get the deal done. Unfortunately, I have local loan officers I already have very long relationships with, but Andy was top notch!!

Dayna and Misty were very patient with us,as we are not very tech savy.We slowed the process some for that reason. It really helped that they were kind.Very nice young ladies. Thanks again. The Averettes

Cassandra gave excellent service. However, when we dealt with Kylie we had multiple miscommunication. We sent documents more than once. Communications were not always clear nor explanations given. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Cassandra
Review by Eric Riegel for Meghann Kappler
Completed transaction on July 5, 2022
Meghann was great and very responsive. Our complaint was out of her control. We were told we'd be charged an origination fee of $495 and had signed loan docs to that effect, but when the purchase price had to change due to the appraisal, New American Funding jacked the origination fee to $1100. When we brought this to their attention the manager said there was nothing she could do and that she could "see it from both sides," but ultimately the bank needed to make their fee. We had been locked with Chase, but decided to go with NAF because of the lower origination fee. We were frustrated by this, but there wasn't much that we could do at that point and didn't want to slow the process down. Everything else was pretty smooth.
