Actually, Aryeh was quite good, the company behind him left a lot to be desired. Underwriting kept delaying the transaction but never said why making it next to impossible to manage - I kept telling the sellers we needed extensions but couldnt really tell them why, when there is a problem or delay, I need to know exactly what is going on so I can keep the other agent informed. We nearly lost the deal because the sellers were getting increasingly alarmed by the delays with no reasons. Aryeh always returned my calls and did his best but help him out by keeping him in the loop with all the details. My thoughts anyway

Renee is a true partner in the process. She Advocated to us when our own realtor was not participating to the level that was expected. She kept track of important dates in our contract for us or it own agent did not even do this! She is efficient, dillegent to stay on what’s needed and time lines etc. She was always available and accommodating to my crazy busy schedule.
