Nataley was fantastic; she was quick to respond and good at walking me through the process. However, after my offer was accepted and I was referred to the loan processor, Ashley Fenn, things got a little confusing. We were scheduled to close Monday, 08/01 and at the beginning of July she sent a list of documents to provide to her, including my July bank statements for both my checking and savings account. I quickly turned in all the requested documents and informed her i would be unable to provide the bank statement for my checking until the end of the month. Each email I would send her, I wouldnt get a response until 24 or more hours later so conversations that could have been wrapped up over the course of a few hours took a few days. After the appraisal came back, on July 19th, i was informed they were having trouble getting in touch with one of my previous employers but that she would take care of it using another method. Finally, on Tuesday or Wednesday, the week before closing, our realtor was starting to wonder what the holdup was since we had received no news from the processor and the appraisal had gone off without a hitch a week prior. He advised that i should reach out and see if there was another document i could send instead of the bank statements that I wouldn't be able to provide until just one business day or less before closing. I asked Ashley if I could send transaction history instead. She said yes and that I should also send the transaction history for my savings account since my statement i sent was from July 15th... This bothered me because i obviously would have had to provide these documents no matter if i had asked or not. Why didn't she ask me to submit them prior to 2.5 business days before closing? I could have provided them the week our appraisal came back. If i hadn't asked, would SHE have? Or would we have just been late closing? Although everything worked out and we did end up closing on time, the delay/lack of communication from Ashley was frustrating after we had such an awesome experience during the pre approval and house hunting process working with Nataley.

The level of service I recv was excellent the only issue I had was communication. The reps need to communicate better especially to first time buyers. They might need to add that into their introduction on what to /not expect when buying a home and financing a home thru them. They make magic happen with my loan and for that I’m great full. Great company and team they just need to communicate better. Overall great experience
