Gosh where to start.... What made my experience with Amber great would be that from the start she was on it! Meaning, she wasted no time on helping me get the process started. She responded to all my emails and questions in a timely manner during the whole process. Amber and her team had the resources to get everything fixed/organized when we ran into a bump along the way. The ABSOLUTE BEST part was Amber never once made me feel dumb or incompetent as a new home buyer. She never made me feel less important or judged as a lower wage citizen. She broke down in detail the home buying jargon that I didn't understand making it a less scary experience. I will most definitely recommend.

I am a little disappointed accounts that were said would be paid off didn't get paid off however Russell and Rachel were good to work with and did a really good job keeping me up to date.
