Very responsive…I never had to leave a message and my calls and questions were always answered right away! My daughter also wanted to purchase a home but they said they could not help help due to my son in law working in a grow…they did not try helping them with a loan so they had to go elsewhere. Other than that I would recommend this team for help in purchasing a home. They went above and beyond for us.

My closing experience was challenging. It appeared last minute obstacles between New American and the closing attorneys had communication problems which resulted in my frustration. However, if these problems could be prevented, then it would, then better experience,would lead to better rating. However, Alex was great throughput the whole process. I appreciated his honest communication and hard work down to the end to make my closing happen.
