Christopher did an amazing job trying to get me the best product. Spring EQ(?) was more of the challenge requiring just as many docs, if not more, than a full blown refi. Their system was not that pleasant as it took over 5 months. So, I appreciate Christopher's support and hand holding thru this whole process. He made it more tolerable.

Brett, I'm only completing this survey because you have sent it so many times to my email. The truth is, my client Pam Burkett, chose to by a FSBO and didn't include me in the transaction. I'm not sure why I kept receiving your emails about updates on her transaction. I would say your updates and communication were consistent, and although Pam told your staff I was not part of the transaction, I did keep getting the updates including this survey. But I really don't have enough information to give you a true rating. I'm sure you must be good.
