Richard was very responsive and really tried to keep things on track. Only thing I was a little unimpressed about was the financing process. I was asked to move closing times back because of things that should have been taken care of before the last minute.

Randy Vargas was awesome and responsive throughout the entire process but when it moved to the loan processor, Tori, there was a major lack in communication. When we needed clarification on what documents she was requesting she rarely replied to emails and would not answer the phone. This cause alot of unnecessary anxiety and delays.
