We had an awesome experience working with Ben and his team as first-time homebuyers. They were very helpful and informative and answered all our questions thoroughly. As we were putting our loan package together, Ben walked us through all 80 pages of the document and explained everything. They were also able to slightly modify the terms of our loan relatively late in the game when we were hit with an appraisal gap. Definitely would recommend.
