Extremely fast turnaround in negotiations and service. Hunter obviously wanted this loan and fought to get it away from competitors, which resulted in what looks like a great deal from my perspective... not that I could be sure, having only done this once. My realtor and the seller's agent also praised Hunter's competence in quickly processing the items that weren't as visible to me.

The support from Meredith and James was very good. My wife and I are very glad the escrow has closed without any snags. I do have to point out that we asked for our full names including my middle initial and my wife's middle name on the paperwork. It appears it was not set up that way.
