5 stars for Rodney Ream. He went above and beyond to bring our closing back on track. But not happy with the company as they did not give CD on time, and made multiple mistakes when they did provide it. Additionally they almost delayed the closing because of their incompetence regarding various steps of the process.

Nicholas was very transparent in making sure I understood what was going on with each step of the process....even parts of the process that did not directly involve him. He makes sure all questions are answered and if he cant answer...he makes sure you get an answer.

Cindy and Gina were absolutely FANTASTIC to work with. The reason I am not giving a 100% score is the delay upon delay caused by the underwriter. Underwriters should not wait until the day before closing to decide or decline a loan approval.
