Things always seemed to be done last minute. Made some of the process very anxiety filled. And I feel like certain things might not have gotten done as proficiently if I didn't keep up with it and ask. There was no sense of urgency. Maybe that's just the name of the mortgage game but it made certain aspects very very very unenjoyable and frustrating.
