Just recently closed on a house thanks to Envoy, Mrs.Mason, and her team who went over and beyond to make it happen. I was with another company at the beginning no communication, no patience left me in the ending of my process of a closing due to time lapsing,but then I was referred to Mrs.Mason who stood by me and actually cared when things were getting rough for me especially around the deadline was nearing, and far as closing is concerned very fast.Thanks greatly appreciated 2 thumbs up.

Had a miscue on communication with the Buyer on a tax issue that caused a fair amount of stress at the very end of the loan process. The Buyer felt that should have been addressed weeks ahead so he could have had more time to resolve it.
