I was a bit nervous about the whole buying process but was excited about a referral to Karen. I emailed her, got an appointment on the books with her and my mother, and looked forward to connecting. Karen initially forgot our selection which scared me a bit; however, from there on out, she was super communicative with her automated emails explaining the process of the loan.
