A very smooth process until closing day at Attorneys office, which was the worst experience of this process. The realtor and I were startled to see the typos and mistakes that were made on the docs. Everyone is subject to mistakes, however obviously the docs were not double-checked/audited for errors before being sent to the Attorneys office. Ended up spending almost 4hrs in Attorney office due to errors on loan doc. Other than that, working with Chris and his team, was a great experience.
