We were in touch with Kat over a period of several months, and she was with us through three attempts to finance a home. The first two fell through due to bigger issues that the sellers were unwilling to negotiate on. Kat was extremely supportive through those processes. A few months later, we used Kat again to purchase our home. That process was amazingly fast (we pushed and pushed and she delivered!) Communication became rocky third time around, but that could have also been due to the time constraints we imposed. I hope to work with her again the next time we purchase/refinance.
