Bryan was fantastic, very responsive, and extremely helpful. If I had only worked with him, my review would have been 5 stars all the way across. Unfortunately the loan processor, Summer Lee, was the opposite. She was not responsive, starting from her initial email which said she would contact me in 48 - 72 hours which never happened. She asked for documents with a 3 day turnaround, and then didn't respond to multiple emails and phone calls until 2 days had passed (I had to contact Bryan to get a response). She failed to notify me of the deadline for insurance coverage until the day it was due. On the day after I signed all the documents, I was told the loan couldn't be funded because they thought I still owned the house awarded to my husband in my divorce.

Working with Bryan was easy - I appreciated that he was so responsive. Unfortunately, working with the loan processor Diana Speranza was very challenging and communication with her was unsatisfactory. She wrote emails using a lot of lingo that was difficult to understand and repeatedly set deadlines for herself that she missed. Ultimately, they both got the job done and for that I am appreciative.

Bryan always took things slow & explained things in a simple perspective. Buying a home is difficult, all these saying PMI, Escrow, etc. Bryan really broke things down & walked you through the process. I’m very pleased to know that Bryan will be my lifetime lender! I know he will work his hardest to put the best Financial steps for me & my family!

Brian communicated very well with us as the listing company. At the closing the buyers commented on how pleased they were with the level of service and communication Brian provided. Brian was very timely in his communication, we were well informed at all stages of the transaction.
