Ease of process and communication was great. Only issue I was not happy with was that during initial talks I asked multiple times about the list of creditors and mentioned that it needed to be adjusted as it reflected different balances than what credit report showed. Was assured that it would be able to be adjusted later on in the process after appraisal etc. After appraisal the notary came and signed and then we were informed it was too late to make any changes and to make any changes would have to restart the entire process so when the checks arrived they were either too much or not enough. While it is not a huge ordeal, I am now waiting 30+ days from several creditors for several refunds. As stated was not a big deal but it’s definitely an inconvenience that I was not looking forward to.

Bobby was easy to work with and communicated clearly and met all the deadlines. I have revised my prior review due to the company selling my mortage prior to the first payment. I would not have considered Amcap if they had stated this. I understand it's common practice but it's a hassle as a client. The new company requires payment by check which is a hassle and increases the chances of a possible late payment.
