Jeff was great. The Senior loan processor dropped the ball. Not only did she ask for things we had already submitted but she took off 3 days before we to close and didn't come back until after we were supposed to close. Someone else started asking for paperwork needed. We ended up having to close a day late because the original day of closing we asked to submit more paperwork that should have been asked for weeks prior. We didn't know until almost midnight if we were going to close or not.

Better communication skills like calling instead of text messages. It may be 2024, UT a call over the phone is more professional than text messaging like a high school kid.
