Arnold was great. Very responsive. But getting this loaned processed & getting the CLC was terrible. This loan was ready to go to final processing & Underwriting 12 days before closing, but yet my clients were jumping through hurdles to get last minute get documents. The processor was also asking for documents that were requested/sent more than once. This was a breakdown within your organization, but we received no transparency on what that may have been. Arnold was great! Would recommend him again, but the delays here and the lack of transparency to the issues, I will not recommend this company to other clients.

Sometimes there was a miscommunication between what I asked for and what was told to the title company etc. Things did not always turn out the way I was told or how I asked
