Roy's attention and help was exceptional, always took calls and/or called back quickly. Kristen's help seems to be more reactive than proactive and I do not feel that is acceptable in a professional transaction such as this. We had to ask for our clear to close and when we did it didnt seem like our loan was being worked on at all when our closing was scheduled only 2 weeks out. We did not recieve clear to close until we called Roy directly. Thumbs up for Roy. Thumbs down for Kristen.
