There were several confusions due to the companies merging. I was asked to fill the loan application few times, the appraisal was done twice which wasnt needed, the second appraisal was done in a rush format. Similarly, they did not request the condo docs until late in the process. They placed rush orders, chargine me $700 for this. The team did not update me about the condo document delays until the day before closing. I suddenly got a message from my lawyer's office, requesting me to make it all cash offer instead of using the mortgage. All this created stress at the last minute of the process. Could've planned better. My revious experience with John and his team was a lot smoother than this one - I understand mergers and acquisitions, but it should not impact me, your customer...
